When you purchase Refuge Coffee, 100% of the proceeds go to help the City of Refuge Children's Home. In the very near future, we hope the sale of Refuge Coffee will pay for 100% of the operating costs of the home, providing a sustainable method of financing the help to these children. Workers are paid a fair wage and work in a good environment. Also, while the children are learning about the unique resource they see each day, they're not used as laborers in any step of the process. However, we hope as they grow older that some will become leaders in our work on the farm and the opportunities it provides.
